![]() ![]() ![]() Now, I’m sure many of you just raised red flags and yelled, “Hold on, that’s just like Doctor Who’s Weeping Angels! This thing is a rip-off!” To which I say, SCP-173 was created in 2006, one year before the Doctor Who episode introducing the Angels came out. The Sculpture is incredibly swift, and has an affinity for snapping the necks of anyone it sees, but the thing is, it cannot move unless nobody is looking directly at it. But take your eyes off of it, even for a second, and it might be too late for you. A concrete, roughly humanoid statue with stubby arms and legs and a red and green face, it at first appears harmless, if not a little creepy. Our first entry on the list is also the first entry on the site. I’m sensitive and it would hurt my feelings. Keep in mind that this is a personal list, it is in no ranked order, and if there’s an inclusion or exclusion you’re opposed to, I’m welcome to discuss it, but please let me know in a constructive manner. I’m starting with ten disturbing entries that are probably the most famous among the SCP Community. I hinted at revealing this project, and I guess now would be a good time to post it.
